In Business since 1987!
Mr. Bruce Kholooci obtained his Electrical Engineering degree
from California State University, Fullerton, CA in 1986. Although,
he had been educated as an electrical engineer, his passion was
construction. In 1987, after several years of managing
construction sites for other contractors, he founded Tower
Construction. He has been the owner and President since then.
